Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes and Waffles

A great recipe that is healthy and so good. It's fairly quick to whip up, and it's a breakfast the entire family can enjoy.

2 1/2 cup oat flour (about 2.5 cups oats)
2 eggs (beaten before)
1 1/2 cup milk (or 3/4 buttermilk with 3/4 1% milk)
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 Tbsp No-Sugar Applesauce
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
