Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

All natural ingredients for a protein packed treat.

1 cup honey
2 cups peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal
1 bag chocolate chips (for dipping)
Mix together honey, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Roll into 1 inch size balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Place in freezer for an hour. Melt chocolate. Remove peanut butter balls from freezer and coat in chocolate, place back on parchment paper. Allow to set, return to fridge in airtight container. Enjoy!
