•1 can (15 ounces) pureed pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
•3 tablespoons canola oil
•¼ cup low-fat buttermilk (or you can just use regular milk)
•1 large egg
•1 large egg white
•½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
•1½ cups old-fashioned oats
•¾ cup brown sugar
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•½ teaspoon baking soda
•1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
•1 teaspoon apple pie spice
