The traditional comfort food classic with fewer fat, calories and carbs thanks to a few substitutions. Just as tasty, but much more healthy than the original dish.

3-4 large turnips, peeled and cut into pieces
1 lb lean ground turkey
½ medium onion, diced
1 (14 oz) bag mixed vegetables
2 T Worcestershire sauce
