1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon baking powder

2 packets stevia or 4 teaspoons sugar

? cup milk (I use skim or 1% milk, but soy or almond milk would work well too!)
1 egg or 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites
1 tablespoon cinnamon chips, plus a few extras for topping
