Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe, full of colors, vitamins and flavors! Grab some fresh ingredients, be creative with colors, and mix these wonderful flavors!

arugula
1/2 red pepper
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
100g canned tuna
1/2 red onion
olives
flax seed
Place in a big bowl lettuce, arugula leafs, chopped red pepper and red onion (cut into circles). Make the dressing for the salad by mixing olive oil, lemon and salt. Stir it well and pour it into the bowl....
