Easy to prep, hidden veggie turkey burgers. So good you can\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t even tell they are healthy!

1 lb ground lean ground turkey meat

1/2 cup thinly chopped carrots

3/4 cup diced onion (yellow or white)

1 TBSP lemon juice

1 1/2 TBSP Barbecue sauce

1 1/2 TBSP Dijon Mustard

1 TBSP Honey

Salt & Pepper to taste

Extras: Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Hamburger Buns, Lettuce, Cheese
