This chicken stir fry is a simple and healthy meal, with fresh veggies, and chicken served over rice

2 cups broccoli, chopped
2 cups snap or snow peas
1 cup red pepper sliced
3 large chicken breasts, sliced
2/3 cup toshidas
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 TBS minced garlic
1 dash red chili pepper
4 cups cooked rice
