Hearty Homemade Meatballs

These meatballs are perfect for a romantic at home dinner or for filling little kids stomachs! This is a household favorite.

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork sausage
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp parsley flakes

Combine beef and sausage in a large bowl.
Add seasonings and mix thoroughly by hand.
Make meatballs about 1-1 ½ tbsp big (about palm sized).
Pan sear the meatballs in a pan on high heat about 1 minute.
