Hearty Wheat Banana Muffins

A nice, hearty muffin for breakfast.

1 c whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 c cake flour
1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
3/4 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 1/2 c fine sugar
3/4 c ripe bananas, pureed
3/4 c egg substitute
1/2 c fat free half and half
3/4 c skim milk
2 t vanilla bean paste
1 t cider vinegar
