I'm a huge fan of pork chops, but am picky about how they are cooked. I love how this recipe really locks in the flavor. It smelled so delicious as I was making it I couldn’t wait to try it! I served it with caesar salad and potatoes. Both my husband and I loved it, and it has become a family favorite.

1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp sage
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 bone-in-pork chops
1 & 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
