Mini Biscuits full of parmesan goodness. Warning. You can't eat just one. :)

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons green onions, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, unsalted, cut into small pieces
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
