Holiday Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

I'd been looking at a lot of breakfast casseroles for a while and I wanted something I wouldn't have to babysit and this turned out great in the crockpot

1 lb diced cooked ham
1 cup chopped green onions
1 sweet chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
