Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

½ cup heavy cream (get small - ½ pint container)
½ cup light whipping cream (get small - ½ pint container)
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1? cup Irish Whiskey (strongest)
or Canadian Whiskey (less strong) or
a combo of both( I use ½ cup of Seagrams or similar and the remainder Jameson)
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 Tablespoons Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high power for 20-30 seconds. Store tightly in the refrigerator. Shake well before using!! Hints: Make single batches then combine them together. If you have an almost empty bottle of whiskey, use the remainder and then pour the Irish Cream right into the empty Whiskey bottle. When using as a gift , place in decorative bottle with label with a one month expiration date. *Best if chilled. Be sure to mix in a blender All irish whiskey.. strongest All canadian whiskey.. more mild Combo of both.. How I like it.
