Homemade Breadcrumbs

The other day I was making meatloaf and realized too late I was out of breadcrumbs! I had all the other ingredients waiting in the bowl so to google I went. I didn’t realize just how quick and easy it is to make your own breadcrumbs, and economical too(think of all the times your kids have left the bread bag open and you’ve thrown crusty bread away). Preheat oven to 350 Cut your chosen bread into cubes Toast in oven for 6 minutes, then mix them and toast for 6 more minutes. The goal is to have golden crumbs not burnt ones. So watch the time. Let cool...
