Homemade Crunchy Granola

Never buy granola again! Once you make this healthy version you'll never go back again!

4 c. rolled oats
1 c. Wheat Germ
1 c. slivered Almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. ground flax seed
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. honey
Mix together dry ingredients- add wet ingredients and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake @ 300 for 40 minutes stir every 10 minutes. Add 6 oz. of dried fruit (opt) after baking
