This homemade deli roast beef is incredibly delicious and is so much more affordable than store bought.

2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 lb eye of round roast

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Combine all of the spices in a small bowl. Stir in the olive oil until well combined.
