Light, moist funfetti cupcakes that taste so much better than a cake mix!

For the Cupcakes
3/4 cup cake flour
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
For the Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
