I don’t know what it is but we always seem to have an abundance of bread in the house, maybe its an Italian thing. The only problem is that we never seem to use it all in its prime so what do I do with leftover bread?? Homemade Garlic & Cheese Croutons of course! 4- 6 inch sub rolls, cubed
olive oil
approx. 1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated pecorino
a handful of fresh chopped parsley
