One of things that we really like to eat in the evening is a yogurt parfait. I usually just grab my usual box of granola whenever I am at the store without thinking too much about it. Then I looked at the price one day…holy cannoli! I couldn’t believe how much a box of granola was! So I set about making my own, which is so easy and so much more economical, plus you can control what ingredients you put in it. This is just a “base” to start from.
