Homemade Hearty Breakfast Granola

This Homemade Hearty Breakfast Granola is loaded with oats, nuts, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries, and is sure to keep you fueled until lunch!

4 c. old fashioned oats
2 c. wheat germ
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped (I use pecans, but pretty much any will do)
1 c. dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
1 c. sesame seeds or sunflower seeds (I use sunflower)
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. coconut oil
1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Stir all ingredients together well. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Pour mixture onto sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for 1 hour, pulling it out every 15 minutes or so to stir and toss the...
