Not sure you can go wrong with chicken crusted in pretzels with a homemade honey mustard sauce.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups panko crumbs
2 cups pretzel crumbs
1/2 cup neutral tasting olive oil
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup bottled water
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
to taste coarse salt
to taste ground black pepper
1/2 cup flour
