I made these rolls last week and am already planning on making them again next week for my parents because they were THAT good!

1 cup room temperature water (about 75 degrees)
3 teaspoons active instant yeast
2 1/4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon honey
2 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 2/3 cup flour
