A delicious, baked, three-cheese "mac and cheese" pasta dish the whole family will love!

1/2 lb medium-size shell pasta (like pipe rigate)
2 Tbsp butter
1 clove garlic
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs, optional
