Oatmeal Raisin Cookies: These soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies are a classic. Full of cinnamon spice and packed with raisins, these cookies will remind you of home.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 cups rolled old-fashioned oats
