These pita chips are GREAT! There are a good alternative to potato chips and soooo easy and fast to make! Hope you give them a try! They are great by their selves or served with dip or salsa!

2 Pita (white or whole wheat)
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic smashed
Sea Salt
Fresh ground Pepper
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic smashed
Sea Salt
Fresh ground Pepper
Cut each Pita in half. Then split each half into 2 pieces. Cut each piece into 4 wedges. You should have 32 wedges when you are done.
Mix smashed garlic and olive oil together.
Brush each wedge with Olive Oil mixture and place in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Sprinkle Sea Salt and a little fresh ground Black Pepper on each piece.
Put in oven that has been preheated to 400 degrees.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Watch carefully when cooking so that they don't burn!
ENJOY!
