Homemade Pumpkin Pie French Toast

Healthy ingredients make this delicious treat guilt free! Are you looking for a fun way to use up some extra pumpkin pie filling? Maybe you just want a batch of French toast with a delicious twist.

1/2 can pumpkin pie filling or about 2 Cup fresh pumpkin purree
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
(or 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice)
Confectioners sugar
Pure Maple syrup
1/2 loaf organic whole grain bread(I used Dave's brand)
Homemade Greek Yogurt for garnish (Really! It's good!)
