Or Find a sale on Cucumbers at the store, now is the time to make Pickles Fast and easy Refrigerator Pickles are good and you can have them ready to eat in just a couple days, they store in your fridge for weeks too. No hot water bath canning needed if you are making just a jar or two

Ingredients
1 sliced cucumber
1 cup water
1 cup apple cider or white wine vinegar(can use wine vinegars too)
1/3 cup cane sugar
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/2 to 1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pickle Spices
You can add garlic and Red Peppers if you like these spicy
