Homemade turkey soup from scratch. Full of good for you turkey and vegetables simmered with your favorite noodles, smoky turmeric and cumin until done. This filling and flavorful soup is a great way to get the most out of your turkey carcass and leftover vegetables.

•1 Turkey carcass
•1 quart of chicken broth
•1 quart of water or enough to cover the carcass
•3 large carrots chopped small
•1 onion chopped or sliced
•3 ribs celery chopped
•1 tablespoon turmeric
•1 tablespoon cumin
•Salt and pepper to taste
•2 cups uncooked elbow noodles
•Additional water or broth as needed for desired soup consistency
•1 quart of chicken broth
•1 quart of water or enough to cover the carcass

•Put your turkey carcass, bones and all into a large pot with the broth, water and vegetables on medium heat. Bring to a boil and then simmer on low until the bones loosen and the meat falls off the bones....
