Your kids will love this much HEALTHIER Pop Tart! Made with a whole wheat, no shortening crust and real fruit filling.

1 egg
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp salt
12 tablespoons butter (1 1/2 sticks)
3/4-1 cup fruit (fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
Frosting Ingredients:

2-4 ounces of cream cheese
3-4 tablespoons pureed fruit
