We eat a lot of eggs at our house, so I am always looking for new ways to prepare them. This simple recipes combines hard boiled eggs, with toast and a delicious breakfast gravy. They are easy to make and surprisingly delicious. My family loves them, and I am sure that yours will too.

2 Hard-boiled eggs
2 Slices of buttered toast.
For the Gravy
1 Cup of Milk
1/4 of flour
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2 Tablespoons of finely chopped onions
Salt, Garlic powder, and Pepper

Cut the Hard Boiled Eggs down the middle. Remove the yolks and set aside. Cut the whites into cubes or slices.
