Honey Almond Fillo Tart with Raspberries & Almonds

Flaky Fillo dough (also known as Phyllo dough) layered with honey butter & almonds, and stacked with homemade yummy custard and fresh raspberries.

1 cup milk
1/3 cup heavy cream
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1 Tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped almonds
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp honey
10 sheets Fillo dough
3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped (or whipped topping)
2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
1 cup fresh raspberries
Confectioner’s sugar for garnish if desired
