2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. unsweetened coconut
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 c. honey
1 c. chopped dried apples
