MATERIALS:
- 1 chicken, cut in 2 does not break
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp brown sugar
FINE HERBS:
- 8 red onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp pepper
1 tablespoon salt
- 1 chicken, cut in 2 does not break

HOW TO MAKE :
1. Stir in spices, soy sauce, cloves, honey and sugar.
2. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken.
3. Steamed 1 hour.
4. Fry until cooked.
