Honey Jalapeno Dressing. This dressing is sweet, creamy, and spicy! Not to mention it can be made in less than 5 minutes!

2 cloves garlic
1½ cups sour cream
1 medium jalapeno, seeds removed
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons cilantro
3 tablespoons lime juice

1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
