2 acorn squash, cut in half and seeds removed
8 tsp. light butter
2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 425°.
Place acorn squash on a baking sheet cut side up.
Place 2 tsp. butter and 1/2 tsp. honey in each acorn half.
