Honey Wheat Bread I

This bread uses a combination of whole wheat and white flour, and it’s sweetened with honey. Makes two loaves!

2 cups warm (not hot) milk
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup honey
2 packages yeast
3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons melted better
2 1/4 cups white flour
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup honey

3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons melted better
2 1/4 cups white flour
In a small bowl, add the warm milk, warm water, and honey. Sprinkle the yeast over top the liquids and let it sit for 5 minutes until it gets foamy. Add the whole wheat flour and mix it into the liquids....
