Hot Chicken Poutine Sandwich

Hot chicken sandwiches are great, but why not take it to the next level by adding crispy fries and melted cheese? This makes a substantial dinner. Just be sure to add a salad or some fruit for dessert to round out your meal.

1 bag frozen French fries
2 cups of your favourite chicken or poutine gravy
1 tbsp water, to thin gravy if needed
1 Rotisserie Chicken, cut into slices
4 slices Dempster's white or whole wheat bread
200g package white cheddar cheese curds
black pepper, to taste
