Hot Swiss and Ham Buns

Easy and delicious!!!

For sandwiches you will need:
8 hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls

Spread:
6 Tbsp.. butter or margarine
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds (optional)

1 package (8 oz) ham slices (about 8 slices)
1 package (8 oz) Swiss cheese slices (about 8 slices)
1. Slice buns in half, if necessary. 2. Combine butter, horseradish, mustard, onion and poppy seeds (if used). 3. Cover bottom halves of buns with half of butter spread. Top with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese. 4.. Cover top halves of buns with remaining butter spread. 5.. Put sandwiches together. Wrap in foil. 6. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are cooked through. Tips: Sandwiches can be made ahead, wrapped and refrigerated. Bake and additional 10 minutes. White onion had a milder, sweeter flavor and can be used as substitution.

I love entertaining, even if it is for a smaller group these days. I look forward to dinners with my kids, their spouses, and especially my little grandson. I always try to serve foods that’ll keep them wanting to come back for more, like my Corn Dip.

Corn Dip with Mexican Style Sour Cream Ingredients:
2 cans (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn
1/2 cup onions ( diced )
1 can (4 oz) green chilis ( fire-roasted and diced )
1/3 package block style cream cheese ( full fat )
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded )
3/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese
1/2 cup LALA Crema Mexicana
1 package tortilla chips
cilantro ( for garnish )
PAM Spray or similar
