Hot Wing Chicken Lasagna

4 chicken breasts or 12 chicken tenders
1 tbsp creole seasoning (we like Tony Chachare's)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano, crushed
1 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. fresh parmesan, grated
2 c. jack cheese, grated
1 box of lasagna noodles
EVOO

Red Sauce:

14oz tomatoes, crushed
1 c. hot sauce (we use Frank's)
1 small white onion, diced
1 small bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk celery
1/2 bunch of green onions, sliced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1 tbsp EVOO

White Cheese Sauce:

1 6oz container Gorgonzola, I left this out
1/2 container ricotta
1/2 c. blue cheese dressing
1/2 c. ranch light dressing
1 egg, beaten
1 c. Chobani greek yogurt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp creole seasoning
