How to Make Homemade Ice Cream – Without the Machine

Recently, I was faced with a dilemma – Homemade Ice Cream Contest. I know, what a dilemma, right? ;-) Well, my problem was that I really wanted to participate, but I don’t have an ice cream maker. Well, I found this wonderful recipe for a standard ice cream base without an ice cream maker! Cool, right? 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
any fixings you want!

Strawberry Cheesecake:
3/4 cup strawberry ice cream topping
1/2 small frozen cheesecake, chopped

Heath Bar Crunch:
1/2 bag Heath Bar Bits (sold near chocolate chips)
1/2 cup butterscotch ice cream topping
