Small amount of flour for dusting your counter
Small amount of corn meal for dusting your pizza peel
About 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
About 2 Tablespoons pizza sauce
Toppings of your choice
About 1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
