½ cup sugar

½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup evaporated milk

¾ teaspoon vanilla
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
