Iced Sprinkles Sugar Cookies by Sugar Salt Magic. A soft vanilla sugar cookie topped with a crispy royal icing and lots of sprinkles.

For the sugar cookies
390g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup caster sugar
115g butter, room temp
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
For the icing
4 1/4 cups icing sugar
4 tablespoons of water
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
2 tablespoons of Meringue Powder / or Pavlova Magic
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
