This curry dish is mild and has such a depth and richness to the flavor that even your pickiest eaters will love it!

1 small onion, finely diced
¼ cup butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/3 cup tomato paste
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup whipping cream
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
cooked rice, to serve
