1 Tbsp. cooking oil ( I used olive oil )
1 clove garlic ( minced )
1/4 white onion ( chopped )
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper ( or to taste )
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. boneless ( skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces )
1 tsp. garam masala
