Main dish : Fresh chicken mixed portions, onions, baby carrots, baby potatoes, mushrooms, chilies (optional)

Main : Marinate the chicken with Cape Malay Curry powder and Olive oil and set in fridge for half an hour Once set take a deep casserole pot chop 2 medium size onions and fry in olive oil till brown then add some of the Cape Malay curry to the onions, stir quickly and add the chicken portions , chop 2 chilies and add 450ml hot water to the chicken . Add the carrots and the potatoes . Add Salt and Black pepper to taste. Turn heat down to slow cook for 45 minutes to 60 minutes Add mushrooms 10 minutes before chicken curry is ready.
