Indian Semolina Pudding

A delicious dessert made with semolina. Very easy and is a single serving recipe.

1/4 cup semolina (also knows as farina or cream of wheat)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp ghee, divided
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water

1/4 tsp cinnamon
Heat up 1 tsp of the ghee in a pan. Add the semolina and roast it on low heat until brown and toasty. Stir frequently or it will burn and stick. Meanwhile, heat up the milk and water together in the microwave and then add it to the semolina. Add in the sugar, cinnamon, and the other 1 tsp of ghee and stir like crazy. You don’t want it to clump up. Keep stirring and cooking until it becomes a dry, crumbly texture.
