Indian style easy to make Stuffed Hot Dog Rolls by Neharika

Stuffed hot dog rolls use a rich filling of corn-loaded white sauce, topped with oodles of cheese and cheerful capsicum and tomato slices. Dab the rolls generously with butter before baking, for a party-perfect treat!

2 hot dog rolls
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 onion , chopped
1 green chilli , chopped
1 tsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
a pinch of sugar
1 tsp butter
salt and
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
sliced capsicum
chopped tomato
For the hot dog rolls Scoop out the centre soft portion of the hot dog rolls. Keep aside the scooped portion for use in the filling. Brush the scooped parts with melted butter. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree c (400 degree f) for 5 minutes. For the filling Heat the butter and fry the onion and green chilli for 1 minute. Add the flour and stir for a few seconds. Then add the milk and stir well till you get a smooth sauce. Add the corn kernels, soft scooped portion of bread, sugar, salt and pepper and mix well. How to proceed Spread a little filling in the scooped part of each hot dog roll. Cover with the grated cheese and capsicum slices. Arrange tomato pieces on top. Place under a hot grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
