They are just so easy to serve at an event, especially when you are too busy to dish up individual slices. Plus, if you refrigerate them, they last a lot longer than a full sized pie. These would make a great addition to your Thanksgiving this year!!

6 apples of your choice. I use Gala or Honey Crisps
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp of flour
2 Tbsp of cinnamon
1 Tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp Cloves
Topping: 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon
